Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Pebble Beach Company is seeking a savvy Digital Marketing Manager with a background in website management, email marketing, front-end development, and digital design. This role will support the Associate Director of Digital Marketing on strategic planning and execution of all digital marketing initiatives including day-to-day operations of PebbleBeach.com and email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a balance of technical acumen, creative thinking, creative design, and performance-driven marketing expertise. In 2027, it will host its seventh U.S. Open. Own the planning, development, testing, and deployment of all marketing emails—transactional, promotional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns. Manage the email service provider (ESP) including customer data governance. Develop and implement strategies for audience segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing and personalization. Help define and report out KPIs and regularly analyze campaign performance to identify future improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer journeys and automated workflows that drive customer engagement and conversion. Current knowledge of industry best practices in email design, deliverability, privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA), and emerging trends. Website Management & Optimization Oversee content updates, enhancements, and the daily management of PebbleBeach.com. Partner with internal teams and third-party developers to implement new features and design updates. Leverage Google Analytics, heatmapping tools, and web testing systems to monitor site performance and user behavior. Knowledge of front-end coding using HTML/CSS and CMS tools (WordPress experience preferred). Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards. Work with external agencies to test and refine the website user experience (UX). Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in email marketing and website management. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and responsive digital development. Experience managing and optimizing enterprise-level ESPs (e.g., Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar). Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla), and digital asset management (DAM) tools. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and web performance tools. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders. High attention to detail, quality assurance, and user-first thinking. Job will require work outside of normal business hours for special events, resort updates, and critical business needs. Bachelor’s or technical degree. Preferred Skills: Experience working with luxury brands, hospitality, or resort marketing.
