JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company’s growth, branding, and product adoption goals. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative content development, and data-driven execution to reach and engage orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation. Create and manage content marketing strategies including blog posts, white papers, videos, email newsletters, and case studies. Manage and optimize the company’s website, and oversee social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Plan and manage digital advertising across key scientific journals, professional society websites, and other surgical-based platforms (Vu Medi, Orthobullets, etc.). Collaborate with clinical and product teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance in digital content. Maintain and improve the company’s digital footprint in alignment with regulatory and brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications a plus. 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr Skeletal Dynamics LLC
