Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and deliver diverse engineering projects. This role involves managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality technical deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, plan, and manage electrical engineering projects from start to completion.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline project managers to resolve scheduling and resource conflicts.
• Provide technical guidance and review deliverables.
• Maintain project reporting systems and prepare client-facing reports.
• Control project costs and maximize profitability.
• Mentor and develop project staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• 5+ years of consulting engineering experience with prior project management background.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
