Fischetti Law Group, a fast-growing Personal Injury and Estate Planning law firm, is seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and community outreach efforts. This is a full-time, in-office position working directly with our Management team to expand our brand and grow our client base.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, manage, and create content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Keep attorneys’ LinkedIn accounts active and up to date with engaging and relevant posts.
• Manage and engage with followers across all social media platforms to build community and drive brand awareness.
• Create and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social posts, and events.
• Coordinate and conduct professional photoshoots for attorneys, staff, and firm events.
• Design and distribute engaging monthly newsletters.
• Purchase, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads to maximize ROI.
• Maintain and update the firm’s blog and SEO strategies.
• Go out into the community to market and pitch estate planning seminars, including coordinating with venues and community organizations.
• Meeting with protentional estate planning partners in the community to do joint seminars and educational presentations to potential new clients. 
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Comfortable networking and representing the firm at community events.
