Job Description Company Description RE Staite Engineering is a family-owned and operated marine construction and heavy civil waterfront construction company established in 1938. Specializing in projects such as bridges, dredging, environmental improvements, piers, warfs, pile driving, marinas, lifts, and inland marine, we have opportunities available for dedicated individuals to join our team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Marine Construction Superintendent located in San Diego, CA. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of marine construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, managing budgets, and coordinating project management activities. Qualifications Construction Site Management and Project Management skills Construction Safety knowledge Strong Organization Skills and ability to manage budgets Experience in marine construction projects is a plus Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred Must Have Previous Experience in Waterfront Construction!
