We’re seeking a highly motivated Agency Assistant to provide support to our licensed insurance professionals. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to get their foot in the door and grow with one of the top producing offices in the CSRA.

What You'll Do:

• Administrative Support: Assist Account Managers, Sales Advisors, and leadership with day-to-day tasks.
• Client Follow-Up: Reach out to clients for documentation, confirmations, and general support.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information into our management systems.
• Internal Communication: Act as a liaison across departments to help ensure smooth operations.
• Training & Learning: Actively participate in training to build foundational knowledge of insurance services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
