Duties and Responsibilities:

The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict other tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

• Read and follow written procedures per product specifications to fill orders and pull parts.
• Be able to lift 50-75 pounds.
• Use Pick truck to pick parts that need to be painted.
• Applying powder coating to products using a handheld spray gun
• Preparing parts for paint Chemical wash, plugging parts to keep paint out of specific areas.
• Putting painted parts into an oven at 450 degrees
• Inspecting finished parts for quality
• Maintaining and cleaning all equipment in powder room
• Must be able to sandblast when required.
• Putting finished parts on a pallet with correct number and in order “left/right”.
• Experience with Microsoft excel, and outlook is a plus.
• Offer support in other departments when required.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 Years related experience and/or training.

Knowledge Skills And Abilities

• Proven relationship-building, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Effectiveness in a fast-paced team setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Supervisory Responsibility

• None

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds,
• Frequent lifting is 10 pounds or less.
• Frequently Push and pull up to 50 pounds force
• Limited Exposure to environmental conditions
