Sales Specialist; Insurance Claims - American National Renovations (ANR)

Location : Detroit Metro and other lower Michigan locations ( NO RELOCATION PROVIDED)
Employment Type : Full-Time including some evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation : $50k-$150k annually (base salary + commission, with option to transition to 100% commission for life-changing earnings)

With over 1,000 roofs completed, a 4.9-star rating, and glowing Google reviews, you’ll lead a proven system, managing a team, if desired of door knockers, crushing inbound leads, and driving growth through strategic lead generation and referrals. Work 1-on-1 with a mentor who’s closed over $10M in revenue to master sales and leadership, unlocking transformative income. What You’ll Do

• Lead Roof Inspections : Pinpoint storm damage to secure insurance claims with precision.
• Drive Sales Growth : Crush targets using inbound leads, referrals, and strategic door-to-door efforts.
• Collaborate with Adjusters : Partner onsite to ensure full documentation and approval for roof replacements.
• Deliver Customer Excellence : Build strong client relationships that earn 5-star reviews.
