About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Credit Officer to lead its credit analysis and administration teams. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the recruitment, development, and performance of the teams, as well as setting and achieving departmental financial goals related to credit quality, volume, and risk distribution. This role involves providing expert recommendations on loan structure, terms, risk rating, and pricing, and presenting loans to various management committees for approval. The Senior Credit Officer will also be responsible for ensuring the implementation and monitoring of credit policies and procedures to maintain asset quality and manage credit risk effectively. Applicants for the Senior Credit Officer position at the company should have a strong background in credit management, with a focus on commercial lending. The role requires the ability to work closely with credit analysts and commercial lenders to ensure the consistency and quality of loan presentations.
