Our award winning, Old Lahaina Luau is a well-established business on Maui for 38 yrs. We thrive on sharing the Hawaiian culture through food, dance and aloha with our 350 guests nightly. We are seeking highly motivated, with attention to detail individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position:

• Passionate about Hawaiian music
• Experienced playing steel guitar
• Is enthusiastic about sharing music, hospitality and Aloha Spirit with our guests
• Can maintain a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the shift
• Shows Aloha to co workers
• Is able to maintain "on stage" presence throughout shift
• Embraces change
• Has Aloha Aura
• Is able to adapt and adjust to blend with fellow musicians
• Strives to improve and practice their music

Performance Expectations:

• Keep their dressing room and storage area clean at all times
• Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
• Can lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Can communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers during busy periods
• Able to accept constructive criticism
• Willing to practice each song if it does not meet up to our standards of excellence
• Attends all rehearsals & meetings called by Entertainment manager
• Completes job duties as explained by line captains and managers
