Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of store leadership, daily operations, and team performance. This role requires a hands-on operator with a passion for service, operational efficiency, and team development. The General Manager will lead in-store execution while also supporting the broader growth strategy of the franchise group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and uphold brand and service standards.
• Hiring, recruiting, training, and coaching front- and back-of-house team members.
• Work with the Owners in managing inventory, food costs, labor, and scheduling using 7Shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready facility at all times.
• Monitor operational performance and analyze sales, labor, and product metrics. Oversee weekly ordering.
• Represent the brand at Tent Pop-up events, mobile events, catering functions, and new unit launches.
