\n Hours: 11 am - 8 pm or 10 am or 7 pm

\n What’s a typical day as a Talent Advisor? You’ll be:
\n• Implementing programs to improve employee engagement, performance, and development
\n• Promoting redeployment and retention strategies within the organization.
\n• Ensuring effective communication and resolving talent issues to maintain operational efficiency.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
\n• Bring 4+ years of experience in staffing or vendor management, with a strong understanding of HR and staffing practices.
\n• Are proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based ATS/sales technology.
