Digital Marketing Manager The Insurance Digital Marketing Manager will drive the strategy and optimization of paid media across all active paid marketing channels, including SEM, Programmatic (Video / Audio / Display), Paid Social Media (META / TikTok / etc.), Direct Mail, and more, to attract, engage, and acquire customers. The ideal candidate will: Understand full funnel marketing and how different channels and tactics work together to drive prospects to conversion. Have a thorough understanding of how to optimize various paid marketing channels. Be an effective communicator who can simplify marketing KPIs and tie them to business objectives. Have a creative eye and experience developing and executing campaigns. Be curious and proactive, continually seeking new opportunities to improve marketing efforts. Have experience managing a team of direct reports effectively. Job Duties Develop, implement, and evaluate programmatic advertising, SEM, paid social media, broadcast TV, and Direct Mail to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and sales. Oversee budget development and monitoring, and evaluate programs to increase online channel profitability. Analyze campaign results, make optimization recommendations, and perform other duties as assigned. Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to execute marketing programs, providing strategic guidance. Investigate emerging media and identify innovative opportunities, advocating for new ideas with senior management. Ensure marketing content meets brand and legal standards, and conduct competitive analyses to recommend innovations. Support the Head of Acquisition Marketing in planning and strategy development. Make daily decisions impacting marketing strategies, priorities, and budgets, reporting to the Group Manager of Acquisition Marketing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred. 10+ years of digital marketing experience required. 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience preferred. Strong analytical skills to interpret results and recommend next steps. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform competitive analysis and develop strategic plans. Experience managing outside vendors and agencies. Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of display advertising and SEM best practices.
