About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead its organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including implementation, renewals, and the expansion of partnerships, particularly with electric utility customers. The role involves leading a team of approximately 25 people and requires a leader with a strong background in customer success, renewals, expansion, and onboarding/implementation. Applicants for the Head of Customer Success position at the company should have a proven track record in owning customer success, renewals, and expansion, as well as experience in managing electric utilities as customers. Exposure to demand response programs is also a key requirement. The role is remote and open to candidates across the US. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving the success of the customer success organization and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
